Dates and Prices > The minimum period for a residency is 2 weeks, and the maximum 3 months. > We recommend that most residents stay for one or two months. > We also recommend that residents arrive as close to the start of a new month as possible to take advantage of our monthly happenings. > We are usually open all year except August (because it’s too hot) and December (because we need a break). If you are applying as a couple or with a friend and want to share a room, you’ll both need to pay the shared room rate. A deposit of €500 is required to confirm your place. Please be respectful of our storage space and time – images should be no larger than 2mb, writing samples no longer than (approximately) 5,000 words. For audio or video files: send us a working link.
