Noor Iskandar is a multi-disciplinary artist and writer based in Singapore, lecturing at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Art. His practice delves into faith and art, revolving around faculties of losing and light. His works have been exhibited and published in Singapore, London, Valencia, Pingyao, Belfast and Bandung. He is intrigued by the sacrality of feelings, the power as well as failings of words and remembrances. He too, is obsessed with Iran, the afterscent of rain and antiquarian books.
